1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products purchased directly from Mobilemafia.com, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within the applicable return period (see below).

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Phones with passwords, Gmail accounts, Google locks, Knox passwords, iCloud passwords, or personal data will not be refunded. Please ensure all accounts are removed and the device is reset to factory settings before returning.

  • Defective or damaged products are eligible for return or exchange, subject to inspection.

  • Certain items, such as gift cards or final sale products, are non-returnable.

3. How to Return a Product

  3. Print Prepaid Label: Download and print the free prepaid shipping label provided.

  4. Package and Ship: Securely package the product, attach the return label, and drop it off at an authorized UPS, FedEx, or USPS location within your return period.

We offer free return shipping via our prepaid label. If you choose not to use the prepaid label, you are responsible for shipping costs.


4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different model or color), follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund, which can be applied toward your new purchase. Contact us for assistance with exchanges.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
