Ordering and Payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your desired item, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping and payment information. Review your order and submit it. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can request to cancel or modify your order before it’s processed (typically within 1-2 business days). Contact us at support@mobilemafia.com with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified, but you can return eligible items per our Return and Exchange Policy.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or payment issues. If your order is canceled, we’ll notify you via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Domestic U.S. orders typically take:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
International orders take 7-28 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on eligible orders over a specific value within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and territories) as part of offer-based promotions. Check the checkout page for current free shipping offers.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL (primarily for international orders). The carrier depends on your location and selected shipping method, as shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package on the carrier’s website or through your Mobilemafia.com account. Contact us if you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS. You’re responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are not included in the order total. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@mobilemafia.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if eligible, per our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Most products can be returned within 15 days (Standard Customers) or 30 days (MM Members) from delivery, provided they’re unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories. Activatable devices (carrier-locked phones) have a 14-day return window. Phones with passwords, Gmail accounts, Google locks, Knox passwords, iCloud passwords, or personal data are not refundable. How do I return a product?
Log in to your Mobilemafia.com account, locate your order, and request a return. Print the free prepaid shipping label, package the item with all original contents, and drop it off at a UPS, FedEx, or USPS location within your return period. Ensure phones are factory reset before returning.
Are returns free?

How do I exchange a product?
Follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to apply toward your new purchase. Contact us for assistance.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.
Products and Warranties
Are your phones new or refurbished?
We offer both new and refurbished phones, clearly labeled on each product page. Here’s what these terms mean:
- New: Brand-new, unopened devices in original packaging, never used, with full manufacturer warranties (if applicable).
- Certified Pre-Owned (CPO): Devices previously owned but certified by the manufacturer or a certified vendor. CPO phones undergo rigorous testing, repairs (if needed), and repackaging with original or compatible accessories. They often come with a limited manufacturer warranty and are in like-new condition.
- Refurbished: Pre-owned devices restored to full functionality by our team or a third-party vendor. Refurbished phones are thoroughly tested, repaired if necessary, and cleaned, but may show minor signs of use. They include compatible accessories and may have a shorter warranty than CPO devices, as specified on the product page.
- Grade A: Refurbished devices in excellent condition, with minimal to no visible wear (e.g., faint scratches visible only under close inspection). They perform like new and include all necessary accessories.
- Grade B: Refurbished devices in good condition, with moderate visible wear (e.g., light scratches or scuffs on the body or screen). They are fully functional but may have more noticeable cosmetic imperfections than Grade A devices.
All refurbished and CPO devices are tested to meet our quality standards and are clearly marked with their condition (e.g., CPO, Grade A, Grade B) on the product page to help you choose the right device.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties, if applicable. We facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects or changes. Contact us at support@mobilemafia.com for warranty assistance.
What are activatable devices?
Activatable devices are carrier-locked phones that require activation with a specific carrier (e.g., AT&T, Verizon). These have a 14-day return window, as outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy.
Accounts and MM Membership
How do I create an account?
Click “Sign Up” on our website, enter your email and a password, and follow the prompts. An account lets you track orders, manage returns, and access MM Membership benefits.
What is MM Membership?
MM Membership is our loyalty program, offering benefits like an extended 30-day return window (vs. 15 days for Standard Customers) and exclusive promotions. Sign up through your account or at checkout.
What if I forget my password?
